Main distribution board
The MDB receives power from the MSB or a small transformer, then distributes electricity to floor DBs, MCC panels, lighting panels, and medium-to-large loads. It acts as an intermediate hub between the MSB and downstream loads, enhancing system hierarchy, safety, and maintainability.
