An essential panel in MEP systems, especially in high-rise buildings, basements, malls, and factories. Configurable for indoor or outdoor applications (IP54/IP42) based on project requirements.

  • Controls ventilation fans and smoke exhaust fans
  • Automatically activates when receiving fire alarm signals (FACP)
  • Operates in Auto / Manual / Off modes
  • Protects fans from overload, phase loss, phase imbalance, short circuits, fan blockage
  • Sends status signals to BMS or the fire alarm center
